To analyze and examine the loss making items and impact of discounts on sales.

Created Sales and Profit Mix, Profit trend analysis, Breakeven analysis, Geographical profit study and profit vs. discount analysis.

Results:

Recommendations :

Need to stop discounts on tables specifically. Other products may proceed to sell on discounts, however their discount percentages may need to revisit for better profitability.
