• Booking license and support for the direct and indirect customer (VAD & Partners) • Attending regularly scheduled Sales and Distributor’s meetings. • Validation of documents (PO and agreements) and End to end responsibility of order booking • Creating Sales order in Oracle • Managing High escalations on priority and ensure maintaining the SLA. • Quality implementation and checks. • Creating reports and dashboards in sales force(SFDC). • Maintaining escalations tracker. • Closely work with Internal Sales team, Revenue team, Finance team, Deal desk management team and emails to Distributors via SFDC on PO related issues. • Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests. • IT SKILLS Project: CISCO Order Booking: • Entering the order in Oracle 11i ERP tool for generating Sales order number. Tools: Oracle 11i, R12, SFDC and CSCC. Service Contract Management: ? SID and BID Change and Creation: Create site in ERP and change in CIBER (oracle 11i application) ? Contract to contract Move: Moving products/site or whole contract from source to target contract ? Working on SFDC case request ? Terminating products and Services: Terminating products or services on a contract. ? Serial Number Swap: Replacement of new serial number for old serial number ? Adding Products/Services: Adding products to a contract through CIBER, Mass Mat or CSCC (Cisco Service Contact Center) ? Service Level Changes: Changing the service level for a contract (upgrade/downgrade)
