I worked in a BPO Company before as a Customer Service Representative--Tier 2 agent where we are required to entry important data to 4-5 CRM Softwares. Having computer classes from high school to college plus working online for 3 years help me developed my ability in using Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, PDF, google docs and spreadsheet. I am a fast learner and I am very willing to learn new ways or new software to help achieve high quality of work.
