? Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on external and internal sourcing from worker level to senior manager level, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring and on-boarding of the suitable candidate. Handling complete cycle of Talent Management. ? Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas. ? Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. ? Attracting talent through employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk ins and headhunting etc, to optimize recruitment cost. ? Planning selection process, screening, final interviews, negotiation with shortlisted candidates, with respect to salary fitment, terms and conditions of employment and roles & positions offered. ? Organizing and conducting walk-in recruitment campaign and recruit. ? Defining the HR Budget for the new financial year/new projects and develop and control manpower budget according to business strategy and Management’s plan. ? Ensuring compliance of Company Policy, Procedures and Local Laws and regulations with respect to recruitment and mobilization. ? Maintain all HR files and employee information in various forms like employee database, employee CV's, review history, preparing all HR letters and certificates. etc. ? Plan, organize and conduct induction and Orientation Programmers for the new joiners. ? Complete the joining formalities i.e. collection of required documents and records, nomination forms, legal forms, issuance of ID cards, Email ID and Domain IDs. ? Ensure office space is ready prior to employee arrival including desk, computer, office supplies, phone etc. ? Furnishing of Staff Accommodation / Expatriate Guest House / Staff Guest House and Maintenance. ? Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees for their requirements such as driving license, liqueur license, car registration, accommodation and legal requirements as required. ? Monitor regular attendance of deployed manpower at site and their movement at various locations ? Approve employee’s Final settlement in line with Company policy, coordinates with HR employee relations and Finance to ensure Employee’s release clearance matters. ? Overseeing the PR dept. (PRO’s and PR assistants team) activities and ensuring that all visas are processed on time and ensure proper quotas are available under all licenses of the company and there are no fines incurred. ? Verify and ensure employee records files are accurate and up-to-dated in house system. ? Periodical verification of Active employees with Labor & Immigration list. ? Monitoring Biometric Attendance Report for all staffs. ? Maintaining and monitor employment renewal periods / dates to ensure timely processing of contracts renewals. ? Maintain log for all project/employees/ vehicles CICPA G
