Work closely with the Senior Leadership to understand their staffing needs & strategizing with them to target relevant talent from industry. Complete understanding of recruitment life cycle, managed Indian talent pool in sectors of Global Shared Services, Non-IT (Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Automobile, Healthcare / Life sciences, Medical Devices, Consumer space, R&D Centers, EPC etc.) and KPO/ITES (Analytics, FnA, FMCG, Logistics etc.). Hands-on experience in managing critical recruitment assignment as and when required. Provide hiring update to business heads on weekly & monthly basis, through hiring reports, dashboards, along with challenges faced, and discuss effective solutions to mitigate them.
