Icdl Course & Human Development skills I took Icdl course -office2010 (Windows ,Word ,Excel ,access & net ) at Ain Shams Uni. successfully passed the UNISCO exam. I could work on word and excel and I can write 250 words in minute. I worked as a backoffice at toshiba elaraby and my role was writing the data of customers such as the name of customer,the type of his device, his damaged device, write notes about the undefined device then reserve the time of visit of every customer on online system either the service center or the technical of araby . I was responding to the emails that the service centers sent to me to solve their problems and I sent to them the time of visit of every customer. I made the follow up with customer to make sure that the visit was done.
