I train our support staff in data analysis, MS excel; how to create dashboards l, binary codes, nested functions, pivot with calculated fields, when and how to use charts, root cause analysis, automated workbook creation, etc. I am also an excellent facilitator with good communication skills and soft skills. I trained new hired agents improve their communication skills. I also helped teams improve their CSAT performance and I led projects that help them improve their billable metrics.
