-As a Quality Controller I am responsible for reviewing the data collected by Local Data Evaluators, verifying the information present on the Maps and searching for the most accurate attributes in all sources available in order to display the details that best represent the businesses listed on Google Maps. -The verification is made through websites, web search engine, via phone and Street View and my best judgement must be applied when there are no other sources available to complete the process. It is fundamental to follow the Policy during the review, along with logical thinking, fastness and accuracy. -It is part of my routine assist new operators, enrolling shadowing, mentoring, Policy contents clarification as well as spotting trends on the Brazilian Market and globally, meeting daily targets and deliver results within the alloted time. -As a Meta Quality Controller I go through the same processes reviewing the data collected by Quality Controllers (3rd. Review).
