Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of quantitative data for projects using SPSS, STATA and R.
Visualize data for reports, presentations, and manuscripts with ggplot/plotly or relevant tools.
Analyze clinical trials and longitudinal data, summarize and interpret results using advanced statistical models, such as generalized linear models and linear mixed models.
Process data analysis outputs and perform interim and final analysis for publication in journals or reports or presentations in workshops or conferences.
Prepare and support scientific publications.
Contribute to report and manuscript writing.
Calculation of sample size for proposed studies.
Write detailed analysis plans and descriptions of analyses for grant applications and research protocols.
Conduct data quality checks and come up with ways of solving any issues as they arise.• Assign work and provide guidance related to data entry.
Participate in the designing of data collection tools, templates and questionnaires.
In consultation with Research supervisor, work within projected timelines to ensure analysis objectives of assigned projects are met.
