I am a social science graduate with an interest in population and urban issues such as housing, social and economic inequality. I can apply a range of statistical techniques such as cluster analysis, multiple regression and ARIMA time series modelling. I can also do population projections. Work I have done in the past include an affluence index for New Zealand’s neighbourhoods based on census data, and building an Excel macro for projecting housing demand. I work with Stata statistical software.
