I am a social science graduate with an interest in population and urban issues such as housing, social and economic inequality. Work I have done in the past include an affluence index for New Zealand’s neighbourhoods based on census data, and building an Excel macro for projecting housing demand. At this stage in my life, I'm retired, but still available for the occasional job.
