This service will provide the gamut of pre-sales support to convert a custom digital solution or configurable software product sales opportunity into a successful sale: Inputs to be considered include but are not restricted to the following: (1) Description of prospect’s business. (2) The prospect's business goals or challenges that require a digital solution. (3) Prospect’s contact information. (4) Budget available to the prospect, if known, or, a target price. This service will provide the following: (1) Solution design – for either a custom digital solution or a configurable software product (SaaS or on-premise) (2) Project plan for design, development and deployment (system integration) (3) Service delivery plan for post-deployment operations support and maintenance (part of managed services) (4) Service delivery plan for post-deployment enhancements (part of managed services) (5) Development and delivery processes for system integration and managed services. (6) Development and delivery team structure for system integration and managed services. (7) Delivery cost structure for system integration and managed services. (8) Price structure for system integration and managed services. (9) Proposal for system integration and managed services. (10) Customer presentation. (11) Ongoing support for all of the above through negotiations and finalization. (12) Any other support or material needed to convert the opportunity into a sale. As part of supplementary services, the following sales and service delivery accelerators can be identified and designed for future opportunity conversions: (1) Cost calculators (2) Price calculators (3) Reusable software components (4) Reusable solution designs (4) Proposal templates (5) Presentations
