Dispatcher - Virtual Assistant

$10/hr Starting at $25

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Dispatch duties are of the following but not limited to:

  • Answer emergency and non-emergency calls from the employees working on site and providing them best solution.
  • Calling the emergency One Call number if emergency situation arises on site. 
  • In charge of tracking and monitoring of the employees on site and confirming they are on post. Communicating to them in an hourly check ins. 
  • In charge of monitoring of employees’ tardiness and communicating with the proper department to ensure coverage on site
  • In charge of the monitoring of the employees beginning of shift reports and end of shift report and checking if the equipment is properly returned to the job boxes.
  • In charge of monitoring the hourly reports of the employees and confirming, reviewing the incident reports whenever needed to.
  • Assisting the employees in their work-related inquiries or concerns. If needed, forwarding the report to proper department.
  • Briefing the employees about the new protocols, safety measures and other work-related matters
  • Day to day basis reporting and other general administrative duties

  6. Technical Competence: Willing to learn those aspects that will allow you to learn the job and willingness to put forth the effort needed to learn the position
  7. Reading and Development: Willing to take the time to learn the position, watch videos, reading, etc. to better apply and improve your skill set
  8. Knowledge of Working with United States Nationals:   Knowledge of unique personality traits of working with persons in the United States and the cultural differences.   Have a willingness to listen, learn and develop relationships to have a positive workforce
  9. Ability to Work on Different Projects:  Willingness to work on unique projects and develop your skill set in other areas
  10. Ability to Interpret and Follow Directions: Ability to follow directions given by management 
  11. Reliability: Be reliable to the schedule you have committed to and keep call offs or changes to a minimum.
  12. Ability to work hours: Work hours as indicated; especially overnight shifts
  13. Flexibility:  Be flexible and support the overall company and team goals 
  14. High Commitment to Quality:  Ensure that the work completed is timely and of high Quality
