3. Workflow

- Customer submit form with required document with his name, email address, phone number, required date, document format (PDF or Excel or Word, etc)

- This information is saved in postgresql customer table.

- Cron job runs in background and check new requests from customers and send admin alerts

- Dashboard will show the customers with required document information, status, etc

- Admin can upload the required document with storage type setting using Website and the document will be saved in AWS S3 bucket or Dropbox, Google Drive and set proper permission to this document.

- Admin send email with the document uploaded link to client and client will be notified by email or SMS
