Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces.
Handle returns and exchanges
Verify order transactions
Response to customer inquiries
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time
Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information is accurate on the platforms
Any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management.
