I graduated at Riverside College for Health Care Services NC II course and gained a national certificate. I also studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing a year prior to that. The last education I had is when I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing. I have more than 5 years experience as a customer service representative/technical support in various call center company here in Philippines. Being in the call center industry for quite a while made me deal with a different kinds of clients and customers, I have learned their customs and traits which I can definitely apply if you will hire me. I have also worked in Dubai, UAE as a Sales Executive in an Advertising company and gained more than a year of experience.
