Email Marketing Automation

I have over 10+ years of relevant work experience in email marketing automation, digital platforms, and/ or CRM. I'm an experienced marketing professional that employs customer-centric digital engagement solutions across multiple B2B & B2C customer touch points. I've developed dashboards, graphs, reports, and presentations of marketing automation results. Managed analytics and reporting processes to measure the success of marketing activities, including lead nurture reporting, email metrics, demand funnel reporting, etc. Proficient in using Marketing Automation software - MarketingCloud, Pardot, Mail Chimp. Here are some highlights of my experience and skill set: Developed integrated email, web and direct marketing campaigns that propelled sales from $5.9M to a projected $8M in sales. Increased email CTR by 150% through Salesforce implementation and Pardot marketing automation. Launched e-mail marketing strategy and grew contact database by 178%n for a SAAS company. Managed the performance and effectiveness of all marketing programs and lead generation campaigns including lead scoring and lead nurturing programs. Developed and maintain campaign flows to effectively move prospects through the buyer’s journey. Oversee database management – segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, event capture, lead management etc. Executed ongoing project management of the execution of the marketing automation campaigns and programs. Develop the marketing automation infrastructure, implementing best practices, including guidelines for emails, landing pages, campaigns etc. Deploy integrated marketing analytics/reporting package (inquiries, asset performance, nurturing outcomes, contact acquisition…). Apply best practice segmentation and customer profiling to optimize demand generation programs. Develop best-practice framework, standards, and playbooks for demand generation tactics. Ability to handle multiple projects and desire to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
