I worked with Alorica, KWS Manila, Teleperformance, and Convergys. These are BPO companies that hire people like me who are proficient in the English language. I stayed in the industry for 5 years and had tried almost all the lines of business (LOBs) that each company has. I answered e-mails from customers, some voice calls and managed to do live chats. These interactions with customers involved but not limited to, answering inquiries about the products and services that we offer, handling complaints, and assisting with technical issues. I worked on projects like online shopping websites, online gaming, and Telecommunication companies.
