Hello, This is Sukalpa Choudhury. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D in the department of Mechanical Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal. I am working in the field of structural mechanics (fracture mechanics to be precise) and do modelling and engineering analysis in Abaqus. Be it just using the Abaqus GUI interface or material modelling using Abaqus subroutine i am available for any kind of work in this field. Finite element analysis using user defined element subroutine is one of the notable works that i have carried out in my PhD work. Be it tensile parameter extraction from uniaxial tensile test for a material using MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation or any data entry level jobs I am in for it apart from carrying out any Finite Element simulations. I am equally proficient in writing research papers, literature reviews or technical report writing and can offer help to anyone to provide a quality work. I can also try to work regarding programming related to Matlab despite having moderate exposure in this field. I always love challenges in this section and I am sure I can come up with a successful result every now and then. Having carried out research for almost four years and being a mechanical engineering student mathematical or practical problems related to machines have always been appealing for me.
