WHAT WE PUT IN PLACE
- Accountability chart. Seats before people. Who owns what, with no shared ownership and no gaps.
- Scorecard. Five to fifteen numbers, one owner each, reviewed weekly, so problems surface in week two rather than at quarter end.
- Rocks. Three to seven company priorities per quarter, each with an owner and a done definition, so the quarter has a shape.
- Level 10 meeting. A 90-minute weekly rhythm that actually ends issues instead of re-listing them. I facilitate it until your Integrator can run it alone.
- V/TO. Vision on one page, in language the whole team can repeat.
HOW IT USUALLY RUNS
A 90-day starting block: kickoff session, accountability chart and scorecard build, first quarterly rocks set, then weekly L10 facilitation. After that most teams keep me on a lighter weekly or quarterly rhythm.
