WHO I WORK WITH
Service businesses, agencies, SaaS companies, clinics and multi-site operators, usually between 5 and 50 people. Recent engagements include an accountability and capacity audit across a four-site fitness operator, a ClickUp build for a physiotherapy practice, and ongoing weekly leadership meeting facilitation for a founder-led team.
HOW TO START
Start small. Tell me what is breaking. I will say honestly whether it is a tooling problem, a process problem or a people problem, and what the smallest useful fix looks like. If a paid engagement makes sense after that, I will quote a fixed scope before any work begins.
Work Terms
Availability: Monday to Friday, with daily overlap into UK and US business hours. I hold a limited number of active engagements at a time so each client gets real attention.
Payment: All work runs through Guru SafePay. Fixed-scope projects are milestone based, with every milestone tied to a named deliverable, so you approve and release only against work you can see. Ongoing retainers are billed weekly.
Communication: video call for working sessions, Guru messages in between, and a short written summary after every call so nothing lives only in someone's memory.
