My defining purpose is to tell the story of public programs through mixed methods evaluation that informs program planning, fulfills oversight and monitoring requirements, and creates a compelling narrative of programs working toward the public good. At all critical junctures, I collaborate closely with program stakeholders to building internal evaluation capacity; produce evaluation products that are relevant, useful, and informative; and ensure a smooth working relationship and comprehensive project management.
