I’ve spent three years and four months working as a Reports Assistant to one of the biggest BPO in the Philippines which specializes in customer service and technical support. During that time, I’ve worked on several reports and analysis which includes, generating a new report tailor fit for client needs, generate an hourly report to monitor trends for incoming and outgoing calls and emails. These reports were presented using various charts and graphs to ensure we have visual interpretation which is easy to understand. One of my main tools are MS Office which I specialized in MS excel.
