Supports the Government of the Philippines (GoP) in implementing and institutionalizing the tagging of climate expenditures of the government’s line agencies; Provides agency-specific orientations and capacity building related to the planning, budget preparation process, and climate budget analysis; Consolidates data and prepares report and technical analysis of climate budget national government agencies.
