I have been greatly exposed to dealing with customers over the phone in providing clients' requirements and BPO company's standards as well as office and assistance job, both home and office settings. My exposure in customer interactions on a daily basis have given me much appreciation of any business existing since those interactions are my first-hand experience of a vital, and most of the time, crucial part of any business alive. Aside from the skills that I have acquired over time, my life as a professional has been honed and I have learned that it is best to possess great traits as a professional. With that learning I have become dynamic, detail-oriented, independent and most of all I have grasp the full importance of being a critical thinker, a team player, and a spontaneous individual in the work environment. In every single opportunity, challenges would arise, but with dedication, enthusiasm and passion, I always get to overcome them, just perfectly so I can get the things done on a certain time table given to me. I would also not let it pass that I have eventually developed the sense of ownership in me, that I get the feel of owning the company and business that I am working for. And this has inclined me to always do greater outcome each day as I do my job, and with all confidence, I know all of these will take me a notch higher in every endeavor as a professional.
