Most founders I work with are stuck in the same place. The business has outgrown the way it is run, but it is not yet big enough to justify a full-time COO on a six-figure salary. So the founder keeps doing the operations work and stops doing the work only they can do.
A fractional Integrator closes that gap. I take ownership of execution so you can go back to vision, sales and the relationships that grow the business.
WHAT I TAKE OFF YOUR DESK
- Running the weekly leadership rhythm and holding people to what they committed to
- Turning the quarterly plan into owned priorities with real dates, then chasing them so you do not have to
- Owning the scorecard, spotting the numbers going the wrong way early, and raising them before they become a crisis
- Team capacity and workload: who is overloaded, who is unclear on their role, where the handoffs keep failing
- Process and systems: documenting what works, fixing what does not, keeping the tooling honest
- Being the person the team goes to for a decision, so that person stops being you
HOW IT WORKS
Typically 5 to 15 hours a week on an ongoing basis. Most engagements start with a paid diagnostic month so we both find out whether the fit is real before anyone commits to a long arrangement. I keep a small number of these at a time.
WHERE I FIT BEST
Founder-led businesses of 5 to 50 people in services, agencies, SaaS, healthcare and multi-site operations, usually running EOS, Scaling Up, Pinnacle or nothing formal at all.
BACKGROUND
MBA with 10 years in business management and operations. Trained in the EOS, Scaling Up and Pinnacle operating systems. ISO Quality Management Systems certified. Lean Six Sigma certified (CSSC). ClickUp Certified. Google Project Management Certificate.
Recent work includes an accountability and capacity audit across a four-site fitness operator and ongoing weekly leadership meeting facilitation for a founder-led team.
