I could see he had high satisfaction rates from other users, a lot of return employers, and the quality of the design on his websites was high.
And he was a great choice. I am very very pleased with his work. His communications have been excellent and he has gone above and beyond in helping with a few issues that I encountered along the way (none of which were his fault). He has great technical skills and design flair.
