- Design event, establishing look, feel and theme; Manage revenue and expense budgets; Craft sponsorship levels and coordinate solicitation material production; Track and monitor table sales and guest list; Monitor volunteer recruitment and training; Collaborate with organization's leadership on event content; Monitor solicitation of in-kind donations and auction items (if needed); Assign and supervise all staff and volunteers during the event; Ensure all gifts are received and acknowledged; Conduct final event evaluation
