In order to start working on your ad account, I will need access to your Google Ads account. To give access to your account, just share your Google Ads account Customer ID (10 digits) with me. I will send a request for access to your account. Once you approve the request I will have access.

Yes. You definitely can. If in the subscription service you want me to manage, monitor, and optimize your ad campaigns with an ongoing weekly or monthly account management, you can just drop me a message with your requirements and I shall come up with something custom for you.

What is the daily budget that you recommend for running PPC ads?

The daily/monthly budget of the ad campaign is totally dependent on you, it's your call. Although it should be guided by the type of your business, the industry you're operating in, the goals you are trying to achieve, the scale of your ad campaigns, and importantly how much your pocket allows.
