An experienced governmental researcher with knowledge of State and local governments within the United States. I have analyzed eight local government budget analyses within the State of Illinois to determine if each government is properly maximizing its cost-effectiveness to serve the public best. These analyses include detailed, written reports with charts and graphs to explain best how each government operates its annual budget.
