I've been hosting WordPress sites since 2002, and have transferred literally hundreds from one ISP to another. I have an automated, seamless, and guaranteed process, which works 95% of the time.  This is for a flat price on 1 hour of work, but it takes a few steps, and may take a few days (depending on size of site, among other things. If it does not work, you won't be charged (and I can quote you for a manual move).
