HR Assistant & Experienced Recruiter

Ever since I got out of the Army in 2012 I have lead a successful career in sales, real estate, and recruiting. For the past 3 years I have been working as a recruiter in both the civilian sector as well as the non-profit sector. I speak with clients and candidates all across the US on a daily basis making sure all parties involved are well informed and excited about the opportunities ahead. I am a dedicated worker who always produces a quality product on time, and takes pride in going the extra mile to make sure that always happens. Recruiter Experience Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing  responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Conduct background check and E-Verify on all candidates.  Conducted sales calls with potential clients (both cold calls, and from our CRM)  Conducted sales meetings with clients for the purpose of new business and aiding  their effort in finding the perfect candidates for hire.  Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;  meeting with managers to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services,  colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing  organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations;  maintaining rapport. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job  qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using  newsgroups and job sites.
