  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
  • Conducting employee orientations.
  • Explaining employee benefits.
  • Responding to HR-related queries 
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy,
  • • Ensuring that training requirements are met
  • ; • Evaluating training and development programs;
  • Creating and implementing policies, procedures, schedules and system.
  • work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational change
  • have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
