Develop & implement recruitment strategies and initiatives. Ability to recruit at all levels from support staff to V-Level positions.  Knowledge of ATS technology, ability to optimize use of tool to streamline recruiting process (implementation & maintenance).  Experience with leading change management initiatives to introduce new processes & deliver training/education.  Knowledgeable with best practices for staffing and recruiting strategies, compensation (salary, bonuses, stock options), organizational development and effectiveness.  Perform immigration recruitment, ensuring compliance.
