  • Conduct full cycle of recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation and on-boarding process.
  • Understanding Business Requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the Business requirement.
  • Assessed recruitment trends, proactively recruited candidates through direct recruitment, advertisement sources, internet mining, applicant assessment and presenting of candidates to hiring managers to finalize the recruitment process and assisted in hiring decision.
  • Coordination with technical panel and understanding their requirements.
  • Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various tools.
  • Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
  • Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with department heads to close the position within the specific time period.
  • Understanding the client requirement with respect to the company, position and identify the skills.
  • Developed, implemented and managed the life cycle of the recruitment.
  • Take the preliminary interviews to recognize the competencies of the candidates
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates using various methodologies portals (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs), walk-in, internal database referrals and social networking websites.
  • Responsible for building a strong pipeline with the candidate till the joining.
