Successfully utilize the internet to post, screen, and interview candidates for specific positions. I work closely with small businesses to determine the personnel needs and then provide a qualified pool from which to interview and hire the ideal candidate. The qualified pool of candidates is reached through extensive review of applicants, in order to identify and match candidates to the needs of the company. I research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitment as well as build networks to find qualified candidates.
