I can make HTML to wordpress. You have to provide HTML templates or I will create html templates then I will convert into wordpress theme. I use custom wordpress code that means custom post type, custom plugin, widget. I don't use many plugin or any free theme. Mainly I will develop wordpress theme. You have to provide domain, server,images and content. After complete full development I will upload images and content to your website then upload to your server. I need 2 days for 5 pages simple website. I will provide 1 month maintenance free.
