I have obtained a degree in bachelors in business administration and my majors are in human resource management. Currently I am looking for a role particularly in human resource management where I can effectively apply my skills and knowledge and gain some good experience. 

My Services will include

  • Talent acquisition: this will include job analysis and designing job description and job specification accordingly, resume screening and initial screening, offering negotiation and onboarding assistance.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee handbook creation and updates.
  • Employee Relations: conflict resolution and mediation services, employee satisfaction survey and feedback mechanism, and performance management assistance.
  • Training and Development: Training needs analysis. Design and delivery of training programs, Leadership development initiatives, Skills enhancement workshops.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, Benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans, Payroll processing and tax compliance, Total rewards strategy development.
