Human Resources: Benefits administration

In the last 5 years of my experience as a human resources professional, I have earned 17 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Most of these credits were earned by staying abreast of the latest employment laws and guidelines. I can be depended on to carry out daily tasks such as qualifying events, tier II claim resolution, employee record maintenance, and COBRA processing. I also have the aptitude to reconcile self administered cafeteria plans - claims vs. deductions while adhering to IRS guidelines. I have a very professional practice of maintaining and securing confidential documents, and enjoy drafting and publishing procedural manuals.
