Before that, my tenure with Foundever and VXI Global Solutions, I focused on upselling, troubleshooting, and hitting customer service KPIs. At VXI, I initially struggled to meet my quota of closing one sale for every five calls, despite averaging 82 calls per day. With coaching and persistence, I developed my own sales pitch and quickly turned things around, rising from 68th to consistently 4th in sales rankings. That experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to exceed KPIs.
