I have extensive experience in microlearning, E-learning, and distance learning. I create interactive and dynamic blended learning programs that make learning stick.
In addition to creating online reference tools, employee handbooks, podcasts, and standard operating procedures, I have led cross-functional teams in applying the design thinking approach to develop innovative solutions that saved staffing hours and resulted in significant cost savings.
