Steve Yudewitz is a learning and organizational development leader with a passion for driving projects that keep the learning momentum going long after the class ends. After earning his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, he applied his unique set of skills to creating training solutions for several Fortune 500 companies in industries ranging from financial services to technology to snack foods.
He has extensive practical experience designing, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating blended learning solutions that solve business challenges in innovative ways. Whether leveraging design thinking, gamification, or an informal approach, he is dedicated to ensuring the learning objectives align with the content covered, the business goals, and the skills and abilities that apply to the job itself.
Steve has served as a director of Training and Quality Assurance and led multiple cross-functional teams.
