20+ years designing, developing, assessing and revising insructional materials for education, business, and government including Computer Based Training (CBT) and Face-to-Face (F2F) products for academic purposes (ex: K-16); techinical training (ex: aerodynamics and pilot training); compliance (OSHA and human resources); and soft skills (ex: customer service,leadership, and organizational management). Accomplished by using a variety of software applications and management systems (both open and closed source) to produce job aids, lessons, modules, learning objects, assessments and training games. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to unfamiliar tools to complete varied projects and to meet hard deadlines.
