Key Responsibilities
Design Planning: Meet with clients to learn their style, needs, and budget. Draw room layouts and floor plans.
Material Selection: Pick out paint colors, fabrics, flooring, and furniture items.
3D Modeling: Build detailed computer models of rooms using software.
Visual Rendering: Add realistic light, shadows, and textures to your 3D models to show final looks.
Project Coordination: Work with builders and suppliers to make sure the design comes together correctly.
Required Skills
Software Knowledge: Strong skills in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max.
Rendering Skills: Experience with V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or D5 for realistic pictures.
Creative Vision: Good eye for color, balance, and spatial layout.
Communication: Clear talking and listening skills to understand client goals.
