Client Responsibilities
Accurate Measurements: The client must provide exact room dimensions, 2d drawings, photos, and clear design preferences.
Timely Feedback: The client agrees to give feedback within 1 business days to keep the project on schedule.
Delayed Responses: Delays in feedback exceeding 1 days will automatically extend the project deadline.
Copyright & Usage
Designer Portfolio: I reserve the right to use the generated 3D renders in my online portfolio and marketing.
Client Privacy: Client names and exact addresses are kept confidential unless permission is granted.
File Ownership: The client receives final JPG/PDF images; raw 3D software project files are not included unless purchased separately.
Availability: Monday to Friday
work hours: 8 hrs/ day
Rate per hour: $12.00 per hour
Commercial consideration: 50% before the start of the project & balance amount to be paid before the final delivery of the rendered images
