I come from an Investment Banking background, with experience with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase as a Sr Analyst. As an I-banking analyst, I have extensive experience of building detailed/ strip profiles for a variety of PE and investment funds, venture capitals and industry players - analysing their investment styles, strategy, past performance, management overview etc. With exposure to the industry, I understand the nuances of how such analyses work. I can not only run this analysis but also present it in a highly user-friendly format, providing tools for easy understanding and updates. I majored in Finance during my MBA at one of the top B-schools in India. My coursework included Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Services, Capital Markets, etc - hence, I have a strong understanding of the technical concepts underlying the analysis. During my Investment Banking days, I have significant experience of comparing and analysing Investment funds and private equity houses - analysing criteria like Historic long-term return profile, Risk adjusted return of the funds (eg using a Sharpe ratio) for about five years, Investment styles (Growth vs Value investing) as well as investor's requirements- risk-return profile, time frame of investment, benchmark rate of return, diversification requirements, etc
