In 1975, as co-founder of Accord Consultation Services Inc. we started a Business Development Team that had 3 consultants and 8 soliciters. Later, in 1987, we bought Midland Career Institute and grew a small in-bound and out-bound department to about 70 telemarketers. Midland Career's two campuses grew to be the midwest's largest accredited computer school with sales of $8-million. In 1997, as co-founder of CyberTEch Institute we established in-bound telemarketing and customer service departments. Telemarketing was fed by National Direct Response Cable TV (CATV) Advertising.
