• Desktop support to all the users. • Management of Active Directory and Group policy of all Domain users. • Installation, Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Technical Support for windows XP, Windows Vista, windows 7 and windows 8. • Microsoft Outlook 2013/2010 /2007 Support & troubleshooting. • Create, Delete and Disable user email ids as per request. • Handling User Accounts/ Folder Management. • LAN support configuration and troubleshooting. • Wi-Fi Connectivity and 3G Wireless Internet devices Support. • Printing and Scanning Devices Support. • Provide full Hardware & software support to all the client machines IBM, Dell, HP and Acer Desktops & Laptops with their installations and maintained according to company polices. • Installing and troubleshooting of MS Office, Driver, Antivirus and all kind of package software. • Ensuring Smooth Functioning of Computers on the network. • Video Conferencing (Polycom video Conferencing System) • Dealing with Vendors for Purchasing / Maintenance of IT Equipments. • Coordination with helpdesk team regarding IT issues • Responding to, evaluated, and prioritized incoming phone and email requests for technical assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software & networking. • Generate reports of IT daily activity complaints and send it to concerns. • Manage All IT Equipment Inventory.
