• Gathering data about project progress by proactively seeking status updates and constantly engaging with Project Leads across the department. • Measures and monitors IT delivery metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Drives changes in IT performance to maximize the throughput and productivity of the IT delivery teams. • Supports project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered. • Assist in the management of contract renewals, planning, and facilitating on boarding and off boarding activities. • Assist with the budgeting of project related purchases, and service contracts and track the budget for each implementation. • Establishes and prepares summaries, monthly budget status, and gathering data about project progress, and producing reports.
