Senior System Engineer / IT Support Helpdesk / Technical Support Specialist Hi, I am the one people refer to as the “The IT Guy”. The guy who fixes your PC, your laptop, your printer, your server, your network… the list goes on. It’s been almost 5 years and running in the IT industry for me, and I cannot believe the advances in technology over the years. Most people ask me “how do you keep up with all this technology Gene”? I guess it’s my passion to succeed in no matter what I do (personal or work) that I always find myself turning to technology solutions to help me succeed more efficiently. With extensive experience in IT Support Engineer Service Desk, Technical Support and Customer Service at various level and area of responsibilities. Work experiences consist of Troubleshooting different Devices and Computers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, FTP/sFTP, Manage Clients Network, Provision and Setup VOIP Phone System, Giving Product Information and Product Support for Customers, Provide Technical Assistance and Customer Service through Phones, Chats and Emails.
